What's the meanings of values in rendering_metadata.txt

Question

There're several lines in rendering_metadata.txt, which is located in the folder of rendering images.

I wonder what the meanings of these values are.

Please tell me where I can find the README of the metadata file.

From the left, they are azimuth, elevation, in-plane rotation, distance, the field of view.
