The dataset is come from the paper A Scalable Active Framework for Region Annotation in 3D Shape Collections, which can be download from https://web.stanford.edu/~ericyi/project_page/part_annotation/.
But I can not find any information about the data description. Can you tell me the meaning of numbers within the data file? Or provide a link explaining the data format?
